Certifications not appearing in the Microsoft Learn portal

Certifications not appearing in the Microsoft Learn portal

Hello,

I previously completed the AZ-900 and AZ-204 certifications, and recently passed AZ-104. However, I am unable to see any of my certifications, old or new, under Credentials. Can someone assist me with this issue?

I have raised in respective forum.

AZ-900 doesn't require renewal but still i don't see it under my credentials.
