    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Regarding your question, the sfc/scannow command is mainly used to scan and fix integrity issues with system files. If the command does not detect any errors, there are several possible reasons:

    Database corruption:

The system file database used by sfc/scannow may be damaged, causing the problem to not be detected correctly. In this case, you can try repairing the system file database or using other tools for system file checking.

    Virus interference:

Malicious software may interfere with system file scanning, making it unable to detect issues correctly. We suggest that you use trusted antivirus software to conduct a comprehensive scan of the system to identify and remove potential viruses or malware.

    System issues:

In addition to database corruption and virus interference, there may be other system issues that prevent SFC/Scannow from working properly. You can try a system restore or a thorough inspection to obtain more information for repair.

I hope these suggestions are helpful to you! If you need further guidance or have any other questions, please feel free to let me know.

    Best regards,

    Jill Zhou
