hi, I am receiving e-mail security notifications for an Azure subscription I have no access to.

not able to raise a support request as I have no active support plan. I think it's an older account with a personal e-mail for an EA agreement. horrible scenario. ;)

what can I do to remove my e-mail from these?

oneeightnine, Firstly, apologies for the delayed response.

I completely understand about the issue, It seems you are receiving security notifications for an Azure subscription (older) that you no longer have access to. Typically, this can happen if your email address is still listed as a contact for security notifications in the Azure subscription settings.

You may try the following steps:

    1. Contact the subscription owner: If you know who the current owner of the subscription is, reach out to them and ask them to update the contact details for security notifications.
    2. Contact Azure Support: Even without an active support plan, you can still contact Azure Support for help with billing and subscription management issues. They may be able to assist you in updating the contact information or resolving the issue with the security notifications.
      --create an Azure support request.

Yes, it's important to ensure that your contact information is up-to-date in all your accounts to avoid receiving unnecessary notifications. You may also try unsubscribing to the notifications (if available).

Call the customer service number for your country/region.

Note: Kindly be cautions about any phishing emails.
