How to fix authenticator app problem to access my account

Question

Hi, am a student at UNISA, so we outlook emails to login to our student portal, i chose authenticator app as my verification method, only verification method, problem is i lost my phone and now on my new on i can't login back to my account since it needs authenticator app. How to fix this, i cant access my studies.
