Why cannot I see my certificate in my microsoft learn profile

Question

I recently passed AI-900 and my badge is visible in Credly. However, I cannot see the certificate in my Microsoft Learning profile. Why cannot I see my credential in learn.mimcrosoft.com profile? If it was registered using a different email address then how do I merge?
