Microsoft certification not posted in transcript or credentials

Hello i passed my exam for dp300 Friday and received email and mcid for certification but not posted to my Microsoft learn account. ive waited 48hrs but still not posted. is there any way you can help me so i can list it on my portfolio and linkedin. Also it doesnt even have the exam listed on my account that i took it either...
