Account Locked in MS Azure - Need Support

I have already signed up for Free Azure account today . Email received and currently open in my Microsoft account for successful subscription in Azure.

BUT

Account Locked when Tried to continue in Microsoft Azure - Telling me to Contact support person to Unlock it , Need help. Thanks

I have asked Microsoft employee to provide a guide for this going forward. They have provided the information below.
