Thank you for your reaching out and welcome to Microsoft Q&A!
As Erland says, Dynamics and Navision run on SQL Server. Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a suite of intelligent business applications that help organizations manage and streamline their processes, enhance customer engagement, and make data-driven decisions. It combines ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) capabilities into one cloud-based platform. The individual applications (like Business Central) are running on a database.
So, it makes no sense to say: "How to migrate Microsoft dynamics NAV 2018 to SQL server" These are different layers where no migration process is possible.
Feel free to share your issue here if you have any concerns!
Best regards,
Lucy Chen

This ensures smooth data transition and maintains application functionality.
