Voucher got expired

HI Team,

Due to technical issues I was unable to take the exam on the scheduled date, and I asking for reschedule the exam to the OnValue Customer Service Team. They cancelled the exam and confirmed the applied voucher will be reinstated.

But now when I try to schedule the exam, Voucher shows expired.

Please assist to reschedule the exam along with Discount voucher.
