How can I access my Gmail emails in MS Outlook on my Windows desktop? I have downloaded them in MBOX format, but I don't know how to import them into Outlook.

    Hi @Anbarasan Babu

    Welcome to our forum!

Open MBOX files directly are not supported in Outlook. It may take a third-party conversion tool to convert to a .pst file and then import it into Outlook.

However, for the sake of convenience and security, it is recommended that you add Gmail to the Outlook client directly. Please refer to the steps below:

For this you need to convert MBOX file into PST file format and import PST in Outlook. You can opt Magus MBOX to PST converter to get the job done.
