There is one entry in my Microsoft Authenticator android app that I can't remove. I no longer have access to that account so I just want to remove it. But because it says "Sign in" on the entry that means I cannot press on it and go to the settings button to remove, since pressing on it goes straight to the Microsoft sign in pop-up instead.
So how do I remove this entry?
