Hello,

I hope someone can help me with this
we are currently working on an app that uses OnDrive api's, we created the needed app registration on azure portal > Microsoft Intra ID
and we reach the step were we need to verify the publisher
We verified the publisher website, went to the Partner program and got the Partner location ID ( which suppose to be the MPN ID right)
we tried it with a global admin account, but sadly we got this issue

    Hi @Bassem Alameddine

Thank you for posting this in Microsoft Q&A.

I understand that you are trying to publish the application but when adding MPN id you got an error message " The Partner One ID you provided (MPNID) doesn't exist, or you don't have access to it. Provide a valid Partner One ID and try again".

Most commonly caused by the signed-in user not being a member of the proper role for the CPP account in Partner Center- see requirements for a list of eligible roles and also be caused by the tenant the app is registered in not being added to the CPP account, or an invalid Partner One ID.

Please cross-check the steps you followed with this document: MPNAccountNotFoundOrNoAccess

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries.

    Thanks,

    Navya
