MPN ID not found or you don't have access to it

Hello,
I hope someone can help me with this we are currently working on an app that uses OnDrive api's, we created the needed app registration on azure portal > Microsoft Intra ID and we reach the step were we need to verify the publisher We verified the publisher website, went to the Partner program and got the Partner location ID ( which suppose to be the MPN ID right) we tried it with a global admin account, but sadly we got this issue
