Hello,

In the unit-7 of module Describe the core architectural components of Azure as part of the AZ900 course training, as per the exercise of constructing a virtual machine (VM) in the learn sandbox to experience how a VM produced and how can resources be pooled in Azure. I built a virtual machine (VM) but decided to wait as it was taking too long to update the status. When I went back, I was unable to see any subscriptions and could not create new ones in accordance with the exercise. Although I could not access it, I could see the directory name in the settings. Would you kindly assist with this?

    Hi SAI TEJASWINI YERUVA,

Thank you for contacting us via the Microsoft Q&A forum.

It appears that you are experiencing difficulties accessing the concierge subscription in the Learn sandbox to create a VM.

To address this issue, please follow the troubleshooting steps outlined below:

    1. Sign out completely from the Azure portal where we are currently logged in.
    2. Initiate a new sandbox session by clicking the "Activate sandbox" button in the Exercise - Create an Azure resource.
    3. Once the sandbox is activated, use the Azure portal link provided in task 1 of the exercise to open the Azure portal and directly access the Microsoft Learn sandbox directory.
    4. If we have multiple Azure subscriptions, ensure that we switch to the Learn sandbox directory by selecting the settings icon at the top right corner of the Azure portal. Use the switch button next to the directory name. Please refer to the attached screenshot for clarity:
