My Authenticator App doesn’t show the code for an account

My Principal account doesn’t show in my Authenticator app. It was there previously but is no longer listed. Is there a way I can restore this? I can’t access the account without the code from the Authenticator.

    Thanks for your question.

    If u can't access the account, you may need to recover the account using your recovery code or an alternative signin method.

    However, if you dot have thes, You will need to request for MFA reset from your IT admin if it is a work account or Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/security page with your Microsoft account. to reset an MS account
