Microsoft Authentificator Problem

Hi.

I have an account that is backed up by this one

I changed my phone and made a mistake, I forgot I need to back-up my account on Microsoft Authentificator.

Now, to login I have two options... either put the code from the app... which i don't have or put a recovery code from the app... which again.. i don't have acces to... cause i changed that phone on a buyback and had to resset it.

I had the account on my laptop but stupidly I changed the password and says I have to connect again.

Also.. the account it's a university account... what can I do to regain acces to it? To resolve the Authentificator issue?

Thanks for your question.

To resolve this, you will need to contact your university Admin. They will be able to revoke and reset MFA for your account which will prompt you having to re-register.
