Just got this error/message in the logs. Now, everything is down or gone. I can't even connect to CPanel/WHM. Can't SSH. I've tried restoring from a restore point and even redeploying to no avail. I have a MS Azure support contract and I can't even figure out how to get support. I can't get past all of the self-help questions.

    @Clint Bodungen

    Sorry to hear that your VM experienced an issue. Please let me know if your are still experiencing issues with the VM.

    Unplanned hardware maintenance occurs when the Azure platform predicts that the hardware or any platform component associated to a physical machine, is about to fail. When the platform predicts a failure, it issues an unplanned hardware maintenance event to reduce the impact to the virtual machines hosted on that hardware. It sounds like the automatic deployer failed which is why the VM was unavailable. When this happens it often requires manual intervention from Azure to resolve the host failure.

    While Azure does its best to prevent host failures, they can still occur. We recommend following best practices and Make all things redundant. Sorry this happened, let me know if you still need assistance or have any questions.
