Teams LTI Registration doesn't accept our Moodle URL because domain isn't .com .net .io .org or .edu

Question

Our Moodle LMS domain is .institute not .com .net. org .io or .edu.

We copy pasted the following from our Microsoft Teams Classes LTI plugin into the corresponding fields in Microsoft's registration portal:

• Platform ID,
• Client ID
• Deployment ID
• Public keyset URL
• Access token URL
• Authentication request URL

Microsoft's Registration Portal accepts the Client ID and Deployment ID but for all other fields we receive an error message that the URL is not valid. If we add a .com .net .io .org .edu anywhere int the URL Microsoft Registration Portal accepts it, even though it is not an existing, or the correct URL. This means Microsoft only accepts certain domains in the registration portal, and because our domain is uncommon, we cannot complete registration. How can we fix this?
