Can't drag and drop mails in new outlook/web Outlook

Whenever different companies and users want to drag and drop emails in an other folder the message "Couldn't move item" appears meanwhile the item has been moved to the folder but it makes a duplicate in the previous folder where the item is dragged from.

    According to my research, this is a temporary backend bug. Issue ID: EX809748.

    My best guess is an issue with the outlook new application itself. I have reverted back to the previous outlook app and it seems to perform this function just fine. Just probably have to wait on an update.
