    Hi @Stefano Malerba,

Thank you for reaching out to Q&A platform.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the unexpected invoice you received for using Microsoft Azure. To help you investigate and resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

    • Log into your Azure account and review the account activity to ensure there are no unauthorized or unrecognized activities.
    • Navigate to the "Billing" section and review your invoices and billing history to see if the invoice in question appears there.
    • Look for specific details on the invoice, such as the invoice number, date, and amount. Additionally, note the service name, resource group, and subscription ID, if mentioned.
    • Ensure the invoice is from Microsoft Azure and not from a third-party vendor or a phishing scam. Confirm that the sender's information is legitimate.
    • If none of these step’s work, consider reaching out to Azure Support Request for further assistance. Provide them with the invoice details and explain the situation. They can help you investigate and resolve the issue. FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge.
