Azure Function Flex - Issue disconnecting Vnet

I have an Azure function APP on East Us region with a Vnet Integration, I am unable to disconnect the VNET.

I have the following error :

And when I try to delete the subnet I got an error related to "legionservicelink" which is due to the subnetnet being used by the FA I guess.
The Vnet I used has a custom DNS server, don't know if this changes somtheing.

Try the following:

Create App Service Plan with the same name as the deleted one

Create App Service with the same name as the deleted one

Link App Service with the VNET subnet

Disconnect VNet from App Service -> Networking -> VNet integration -> Disconnect

Delete subnet

I can't create a new App Service Plan with the same name as I am not able to delete the current one.
