Is Azure OCR Compliant with GDPR?

I would like to use the Azure Vision to extract address data from postal envelopes. However, as this obviously contains identifying information, I am unclear if this would cause a GDPR breach. Assuming the client side is secure, and we're just talking about how Azure is processing & holding the data, is it inherently a GDPR risk?
This is specifically regarding the OCR API interface.

Using Azure OCR, ilike Azure Computer Vision API, for extracting address data from postal envelopes can potentially involve personal data, which falls under the scope of GDPR.
while using Azure OCR itself does not inherently constitute a GDPR breach, compliance depends on how you implement and manage the OCR service in relation to GDPR requirements.
