I am trying to find the booked exam in Pearson Vue account ( navigated via Microsoft account) in order to reschedule it. However no exam seems to exist in the account. How to reschedule the exam.

Has the exam date already passed? A similar question was posted here, including contact numbers for PearsonVue if you are unable to do this online.
