im am trying to reinstall vscode but it doesnt let me accept the terms and condition in the pop up installer, like i cannot click "agree" so i can proceed to the next option to install it. i have unistalled vscode 4 days ago and i cannot redownload it again. i have deleted the vscode folder in %appdata% and i have deleted my temporary files as well and uninstalled the app, i have try to use admin mode for the system installer and that did not work and i dont know what to do. i have an extension in linux in my folder for docker, so maybe that could be a problem but im not sure.

Make sure all remnants of the previous VSCode installation are removed. You may use a third-party uninstaller tool like Revo Uninstaller to remove any leftover VSCode files and registry entries.
Download the latest VSCode installer to ensure you have the latest version without corruption: Download VSCode.
okay i found out that, that this problem also occurs when trying to install revo installer because i tried clicking okay after choosing the language and it doesnt register when i click "okay" to continue. so maybe the problem is that i cant install any programs or something, because i was able to redownload python with ease.
