Error in "Work with data to predict missing values" exercise - sandbox environment badly configured

Error occurs when running the "Visualising Ordinal Data" code cell in the exercise at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/introduction-to-data-for-machine-learning/5-exercise-normalize-data-predict-missing-values. The error occurs in the graphing module.

Please note that I also got an error running the first cell stating that a Jupyter kernel matching 'Python 3 (ipykernel)' was not found. I then selected the first listed kernel of azureml_py38, which worked for the first two code cells.
