How to open the SSH key pair with .pem extension to be used in Altair AI Hub?

In one of Altair AI studio's tutorials i was asked to open account for virtual machine learning to create repository of big data. I registered via Microsoft Azure and received a coded file Y_key.pem that i'm unable to open. It is needed the fill the registration fields within the Altair AI Hub. thankyou, Yair

    You should be able to open a .pem file with any text editor/viewer. Such as Notepad for Windows or using cat/vim for Linux. You may need to update the permissions of the file so you can open it. Are you receiving any error when attempting to open the file?
