What should I do to get the code on microsoft authenticator when I accidentally reset my device without backing up?

Yesterday, I reset my iPhone, but I forgot to back up my account on Microsoft authenticator, so now when I log in to my account, I can't get the account code using Microsoft 365, and when I select "get code another way", and it only gives me 2 options, which is enter the code that is showing on Microsoft authenticator, and enter the code that is showing on the phone.
What should I do now?
