I'm having a problem since Version 10.9.9 (2224) :  Connection always won't succeed, stuck on the screen showing 'configuring remote pc ...', if the clipboard mode was set to Bidirectional, Local to Remote Only, or Remote to Local Only.

If the clipboard mode was set to Disabled, the connection can succeed normally. However at this scene, the clipboard sharing can not be used, and many operation can not be performed.

    GOOD NEWS!

On July 13, a upgrading notification popped up. After upgrading, the version comes to 10.9.9(2253). In this version, the clipboard sharing does not cause connection stuck no longer.

    Hello,

If the Remote Desktop Beta cannot connect after clipboard sharing is enabled, first make sure that both the local client and the remote computer are using the latest version of the remote desktop software.

In addition, check that the firewall and any security software on the client and host are not blocking remote desktop connections. You can temporarily disable these to test the connection.

For this version, I have not found the same problem reported by other users on the forum, this may be a new BUG problem, please submit feedback in the Feedback Hub.

You can also give us feedback by selecting the ellipsis button (...) in the client app, then selecting Feedback, as shown in the following image.User's image ———————————————————————————————————————————
