Hello, for a few weeks I have had problems when playing games, since they close or give me a blue screen. I investigated, and apparently in the Device Manager I got the Raid controller with an exclamation, that was what was giving me problems, I tried to remove it and then it appeared again, until uninstalling it many times it finally disappeared. I thought the problem had been fixed, but no. The crashes continued as did the blue screens. I went to the PC manufacturer's website and reinstalled all the drivers but it still keeps crashing. I went into the BIOS to see if I could fix it somehow by creating another Raid or something. I have seen many videos and information and in the BIOS section where I have to create the Raid, the option to create it does not appear. I would be very grateful if someone could help me with this issue and tell me what I have to do in the BIOS so that this option appears or how to reinstall the Raid controller and have it appear in the device manager. Thank you.
