Dear Azure Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am a new Azure user and recently incurred a charge of 223,722 KRW, which I did not expect. I did not receive any notifications about these charges until I got the bill. Additionally, I did not receive the free Azure credits upon starting my subscription.
As a student, I cannot afford these unexpected charges. I kindly request a full refund of the billed amount. If possible, I would also like to have the free credits applied to my account.
