I am about to schedule my MS-900 exam and I had a question when choosing the language. Since my native language is Spanish, I plan to take it in that language for better understanding. However,

I would like to know to what extent both the questions and answers, or ways of referring to certain services, are translated. For example, will 'Centro de cumplimiento' appear in the exam, or will it come with its name in English like 'Compliance Center'?

I hope I explained myself well.

Greetings!

When taking the MS-900 exam in Spanish, you can expect that both the questions and answers will be translated to accommodate Spanish-speaking candidates. However, it’s important to note that while the exam content is localized, certain terms, especially those referring to Microsoft services and features, may remain in English. This is because these terms are often used universally in their English form within the industry.

For example, while general content and questions will be in Spanish, specific service names like ‘Compliance Center’ may not be translated and could appear in English. This approach helps maintain consistency and avoids confusion, as these English terms are commonly used across different languages in professional settings12.

It’s always a good idea to familiarize yourself with the English terms for Microsoft services, as they are frequently used in practice, even when working in a non-English speaking environment. Good luck with your exam preparation!
