How can I get a link to a team chat in MS Teams?

There are plenty of articles online about getting links to CHANNELS. I'm not asking about that. Don't barf instructions on me that aren't what I'm asking for please.

In the CHAT area of teams, I have numerous chats with my team members or various other mixed chats for projects or collaboration. One of those is my team's official chat. When new people join, I want to make it easy for them to find it so I'm looking for a URL or link, but can't find one.

There's no option in right-click or any 3-dot menu. It appears to be tied to a recurring meeting which, if I open the calendar, I can find. It even has a "Join" button, but that's for joining the call, not the chat. How do I get link to the chat?

You can use this link to navigate to a chat with a user:

https://teams.microsoft.com/l/chat/0/0?tenantId=<tenantId>&users=<user1>,<user2>,...&topicName=<chat name>&message=<precanned text>

If you don't have an existing chat with the user, this link will create a new chat window. If you already have an existing chat with the user, this link will directly navigate to the existing chat window.

Here is an example for your reference:
