Unexpected Azure charges after cancellation - Need refund and confirmation of account closure

I'm facing an unexpected billing issue with Azure and need guidance on how to resolve it.

Background:

  • I briefly used Azure to study for an exam, thinking I was using a Whizlabs sandbox environment.
  • I was charged a month ago, but successfully obtained a refund for that charge.
  • To prevent further charges, I disabled and deleted my Azure subscription.

Current Issue:

  • Today, I received another unexpected charge despite having cancelled my subscription.
  • I am not actively using any Azure services.

What I Need:

  1. Information on how to get a refund for this new, unexpected charge.
  2. Confirmation that my account is fully closed and I won't receive any more charges in the future.
  3. Clarification on why I'm still being charged after cancelling my subscription.

Can someone please advise on the best way to resolve this issue and whom I should contact? I no longer have access to regular Azure support channels due to the subscription cancellation.

Thank you for your help in resolving this matter.
