This doesn't look like a SQL Server issue. It is an issue with some UX product you're using. Please clarify what app you're actually running to see this issue. For example if you were using SQL Server Management Studio or Azure Data Studio. Also provide version information. Note that if you're using a third party product then you should report the issue to them. The earlier mentioned products also have their own way of getting support.

The pop-up menu is not rendering properly: note that it is being “cut” and not displaying the arrows that allow to choose which access type should be granted neither allowing checking the details

Thank you for your response. This is for a client and I am having a little difficulty finding the core problem. They are using SQL Server 2022 Enterprise Edition and Windows 2019 Datacenter Edition. They are facing this problem on the browser when trying to add Model Permissions in Master Data Services. This problem occurs in 2022 version but not 2019. Not sure which browser they are using but I can certainly find out. Here is the recommendation I have provided:

"I would suggest trying to change the zoom level or enlarge the browser window to see if that resolves the issue. Sometimes, the arrows might be hidden due to the current zoom level or window size.

If that doesn't work, you can try checking the MDS configuration and permissions to ensure that everything is set up correctly. You can also try accessing the permissions through a different route, such as through the "Manage Users" section, to see if the issue is specific to the right-click menu."

But unfortunately, this was not successful.

But for some reason, the right-click pop-up cuts off or disappears when trying to grant permissions. Thank you for your help by the way. I appreciate it.
