MCID not found in the transcript and my organization is not allowing me to upload the transcript without MCID.

Question

I have renewed my MB 310 certification on July 11th 2024. When I tried to upload my Transcript in the Organization portal, It is not allowing me to upload without the MCID.

I cannot able to find any option to enable MCID while sharing transcript under the settings also. Please help me to generate transcript and link with MCID.I wanted to upload it as soon as possible, because it is affecting my Job.
