Azure DevOps pipelines: Change environment's Default User Permissions

Background: I create an environment using YAML pipelines. Since I created the environment by default I am set to be an "administrator" and the group [Org Name]/project administrator are set to "readers" I would like to switch those roles however I have been unable to find any documentation.

Please advise
