Lose access to authenticator app in old phone, and i cant access it with the new one installed as there was no backup selected. Was recommended by Meta Business to contact MS as its third party app to try to reinstall back the last phone information in order to access my business account pages.

    Hello shannon yang,

    Thanks for your question.

Authenticator is just a 2FA method in this instance, as such controls authentication not account information.

You cannot reinstall back the last phone information in MFA, what you require is the account to be reset. This will prompt the account password and authenticaton details to be reset. Pls inform the meta team to help you do this (reset the account) and you can re-register on your new phone.

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Regards,

    Abiola
