Microsoft teams app is listing in private channel. However in teams manifest supported channel types tag not listed for private channel still app is loading in the private channel.

(From the manifest shared it seems like only tab capability, just wanted to confirm it)
FYI, posting message or Adaptive Card via Teams bot to a private channel isn't supported.
The manifest schema for configurable tab should be as below:
