Hello.
Currently, we are building a system on the management side of a company.
There is a management function for each department, and each has a separate server.
I would like to integrate each login function into one. Which service should I use?
I would like to use a MicroSoft account as login information.

    I'm sorry, my information was incorrect.
    To be precise, think of one server as having three independent microservices, each with a login screen.
    In this case, I would like to be able to use three services with one login. Is it correct to select Azure AD to achieve this? Or are other services appropriate?
