Help -Access via Microsoft Authenticator

When accessing the account with the login "******@cspsc.onmicrosoft.com", associated with "******@outlook.pt" with the correct password, it always asks for code or validation in Microsoft Authenticator. It does not go beyond this step and does not allow any other way of accessing it.

Password is correct, but I don't have access to it, as the phone that had the certificate was replaced (broken).

How can we remove a certificate to create a new one? Thanks
