Microsoft visual studio not responding in unity

I have tried to load up Microsoft Visual Studio in Unity and have no idea how to fix it. I have spoken to an agent and have tried using devenv /ResetSettings and devenv /SafeMode but the problem is still there. I have also reinstalled and repaired it as well, and it has not worked. I have no idea what to do.

Will VS work normally if you didn’t load up it in Unity?
Since you have tried reinstalling VS, it still doesn’t work, can you confirm that this issue is not caused by Unity?

it keeps not responding when i open my Unity Project in it.
whether i open it using unity or open unity project from recent projects in visual studio it keeps sayin not responding.
