Azure OpenAI GPT4 Vision– The service is temporarily unable

I've noticed that my GPT4 vision preview model returns the following error message for the last 2 hours: "The service is temporarily unable to process your request. Please try again later.".

This happens both in Azure OpenAI studio as well as when using deployed model through Python. When looking at Azure status, all services function properly. Is there any way to make it working again other than just waiting? Also, how can I prevent similar issues in the future?

Resource Type: Cognitive Services account

Location: swedencentral

Availability Status: Unavailable (Unplanned)

Title: Unavailable Summary: We are sorry, your Cognitive Services resource is unavailable. We're working to automatically recover your Cognitive Services resource and to determine the source of the problem. No additional action is required from you at this time.

Recommended Actions:

  1. Check back here for status updates
  2. If your Cognitive Services resource isn't up and running by the expected resolution time, contact support

    You can also check on your Azure Health Service page if you are impacted in the Azure Portal.
