For Device Health Monitoring in order to proactively monitor the health of various Teams devices external webhook mechanism is one of the suggested option

But for this specific external webhook there seems microsoft dont send any headers that can be used for authentication on the webhook side.Please correct if this understanding is wrong.

So would like to understand how webhook endpoint can be secured as these would be publicly accessible
