Azure monitor for vms without internt

I am perform some tests on my subscription to enable all Monitoring tools on my VM. However, I have found that without an internet connection most of the services do not work. I would also like if there is a list of addresses to include in the firewall to allow communication between the VMs and Insight, Log etc.

    Service Tags can be used in Azure Network Security Groups (NSG) and Firewall.
