C# UWP "parameter incorrect" error

My Application is Crash for some UI issue and it shows error - "parameter incorrect"
Application is messenger type having List View with itemsource as ObservableCollection, which contains different types of user controls.

I've tried AppCenter Crash Analytics as well but no use, as not able to trace where exactly this exception is occurring..

Could you share the code how do you use this ObservableCollection, and the error looks you accessing not exist index within ObservableCollection.

Thank you for prompt response.

Due to data privacy reason, I am not able to attach full code but attaching MessageList related code here, which is very straight forward.

Also, just need to pointed out here that even if I don't call the ScrollIntoViewWithDelayAsync() method to move focus to list item, client is crashing..

Your code looks correct, and you have use try catch block, it's hard to detect issue with above code.
