     Hello,

While you can't directly change the App Store icon, you can create a shortcut with a custom icon to achieve a similar effect. Here's how:

    1. Open the Shortcuts app and tap the plus button to create a new shortcut.
    2. Add the "Open App" action and select the App Store.
    3. Tap the blue icon and choose "Add to Home Screen."
    4. Tap the icon next to the shortcut name and select a photo from your gallery or take a new one.
    5. Tap "Add" to place the shortcut on your Home Screen with your custom icon.

This way, you can have a personalized icon for the App Store on your Home Screen!

Let's say you have a shortcut named "example.lnk". Here are the steps to change its icon:

Locate the "example.lnk" shortcut on your desktop or in a folder.

Right-click on "example.lnk" and select "Properties".

In the "Shortcut" tab, click the "Change Icon" button.

Click the "Browse" button and select your desired icon file (e.g., "new_icon.ico").

After selecting the icon, click "OK".

In the Properties window, click "Apply" and then "OK".

By the way, your start menu icon is also a shorcut. You can find it by "open the file location" , and ensure your picture is a "icon", you can replace it .
