My Account Vanished So i re-created it as a solution i got was to remake it

So my microsoft email disapeared when i wanted to paly minecraft i try to re-login it fails cuz it didnt exist somehow someone sent me a link to a site which said i can re-create the account with same email to get everything back but that failed my minecraft account still exists but i can no longer access it (i know it exists cuz i used a hypixel skyblock bot to detect that all the data i have on hypixel is still there) so now i made a new acc with same email but minecraft isnt purchased and i am no longer sure what to do
