    Suggestions:

Use the SSD manufacturer's diagnostic tool to check for any reported issues.

If your motherboard has multiple NVME slots, try a different one.

Ensure your power supply is adequate and stable. You may consider a different power cable.

Check if your motherboard has a heatsink for the NVME slot. If not, consider adding one.

Open Device Manager, find the NVME drive, go to Properties > Power Management, and uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power."

If possible, try the NVME SSD in a different computer to see if the issue persists.

    Hi Subham Ghosh,

Please first make sure you have updated the SSD's firmware to the latest version. You can check the manufacturer's website for the latest firmware updates for your specific model and follow their instructions to update it.

Check if your power supply is sufficient for your system and consider upgrading if necessary.

Sometimes insufficient power can cause SSDs to behave erratically. Also check the SSD temperature to see if it's overheating.

Since this is more likely a hardware issue, it is recommended to contact the SSD manufacturer.

    Best Regards,
