Active Azure AD B2C Subscription but Identity Experience Framework is disabled

I've recently begun reading through some of the documentation for Azure AD B2C. Going through how to setup custom policies, I found that I was unable to select "Identity Experience Framework" under Policies. At the top of of the page, there is a message stating that, "An Azure subscription is required for the full Azure AD B2C experience". I believe that I do have an active subscription associated to my current directory. See SS below. Is there something I'm missing?

Potentially important note, I did transfer the subscription from another directory. This was about two weeks ago however, and seemed to have taken full effect within a few hours.

Hi @jRosenholm · Thank you for reaching out.

To link the subscription to B2C tenant, you need to navigate to:

Azure Portal > Create a resource > Azure Active Directory B2C > Create > Link an existing Azure AD B2C Tenant to my Azure subscription.

select your B2C tenant, subscription, resource group and click on Create button.

I have similar problem, Identity Experience Framework is disabled after few days, all the custom policy created disappeared. even I tried using link existing resource option while creating the Azure B2C resource but did not find any existing one. also if I create new one using the same domain name, getting error as " domain name is already used"

Now I am thinking in a production scenario if we loose whole configuration, it would be a major incident.

Has anyone else faced similar situation?, what actions were taken to resolve?
