I've tried using a newly created email address and added payment details, but I'm still encountering the same error. I've also attempted using different email addresses and payment cards without success. Could you please assist?

    Hi Selvam Subramanian,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

If you're getting the "not eligible" message, please check the following:

    • You may have already registered for a free Azure account using this email address.
    • Invalid or incomplete sign-up information may be the issue.
    • Country or regions restrictions may apply.

    To troubleshoot, follow these steps:

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, contact Azure Support for assistance, providing detailed information about your subscription.
